1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Theous Agency website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Services
Theous Agency provides digital development services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, and UI/UX design. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for the developed software or design deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Theous Agency retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project invoices. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with remaining balances due upon milestones or completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
Theous Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
